SwagUniversity's News

Dedicated fans,

It’s come to our attention that some of you are of the belief that the game Jay Leno Adventures has no ending! This could not be further from reality- once you reach the image of Jay Leno at the peak of the mountain, simply continue to the right, where there is more to see! This ambiguity was admittedly a mistake on our part and will be remedied in the upcoming Jay Leno Adventures 2024 update.

Love,

Swag University

Happy Holidays, Jayheads!

Today we've released a minor update to Jay Leno Adventures to make it run better and look nicer on Newgrounds, just little behind-the-scenes touches with resolution and such to make it scale properly to browsers. Consider it our Christmas gift to you! So yes, quite a small update, sorry to everyone patiently waiting for the promised major update but our team is still hard at work on that front, and news will come in the new year!

Keep on chuggin',

As many of you know, the Game Awards 2023, hosted by Geoff Keighley, has just ended, with nary a mention of JAY LENO ADVENTURES. This took us all by surprise- I was told we were a shoe-in for best debut indie game, and I even thought we had a fair shot at game of the year. However, the injustices don't end here. In order to attend the show, I rented a suit and paid for a flight to Los Angeles, but I wasn't even allowed to enter the theater. Clearly, there was some kind of mistake, and I expect an apology from Mr. Keighley soon. I watched the ceremony from my phone in the parking lot. I'm not ashamed to say I wept.

Despite being snubbed, we here at Swag University hold our heads high, knowing that even if we didn't get the award, we are the rightful game of the year. What follows is an unabridged copy of my acceptance speech which I unfortunately didn't get to use tonight.

I guess we were all expecting this, right?

Hold for applause

No, but really, thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. I never doubted for a second that we'd win, and it's all thanks to our talented developers, and devoted fans, and of course, Jay Leno Himself.

Hold for applause- 20 seconds

To everyone who ever doubted us- eat shit, eat shit, eat shit. We are on top of the world and you are DIRT. The dirt I walk on. Suck it. (Make a "suck it" hand motion)

Hold for applause- 30 seconds

Good night everybody!

That's all. Too bad it didn't work out, but life's too short to be bitter. There's always next year.

With love,

Swag University

Hello Jayheads!

We here at Swag University have looked closely at the feedback to Jay Leno Adventure's initial release. While the response was overwhelmingly positive, to an extent never before seen on this website, we have such a strong dedication to our fans that we're STILL going to work to make the game even better.

Planned features:

An all new, original soundtrack!

Bug fixes!

Enhanced controls!

Visual improvements!

And perhaps... a new level?

Perchance... no, it can't be... a new ability?

We hope to release this much-anticipated update sometime in Q1 2024. We'll be sure to keep you all updated!

With Love,

Your friends at Swag University

The frauds and hacks at Newgrounds have seen the errors of their ways and accepted Jay Leno Adventures to the website! Hardly an unexpected turn of events- they need us more than we need them- but still, I'm glad we could reach an amicable solution.

The reception has been warm and wonderful, and our team thanks you all from the bottom of our large, collective heart. Thank you all for playing and enjoying the game. Additions and changes based on your valuable feedback are coming soon!

If you haven't already, you can play the game here.

With love, Swag University

Words cannot express the injustice faced by the hardworking folks at Swag University, creators of the acclaimed JAY LENO ADVENTURES, for the tyrannical BRUTES here at Newgrounds dot com have yet to verify our game, the previously mentioned JAY LENO ADVENTURES. This means the game cannot be found on the website by conventional means. Yes, folks, this means what you think it does- our game, and the radical new ideas on the human condition it presents, are being SILENCED by the corporate liberal media. Jay Leno would not stand for this, nor would Abraham Lincoln, Jesus Christ, and, as I've been told on good word, Sonny Bono.

However, we are not worried about our game not being accepted, especially after this post is made. The outcry will simply be too great for even the bigwigs at Newgrounds dot com to bear, and they will thusly relent and accept our game. If not, the repercussions will be immense- our analysts predict a 90% loss of traffic from dutiful protesters who share our vision leave Newgrounds for other sites, like Google Plus.

That's all for now, Jayheads. Continue to enjoy the game and we'll be back with further updates soon.

Welcome to SWAG UNIVERSITY!

Swag University is an independent game studio working to create immersive experiences that shed light on the human condition. We believe art has the power to evoke deep emotions and resonate with our inner experiences. Through various mediums such as painting, film, literature, music, and browser games, artists can express and capture the range of human emotions, from joy and love to sadness, anger, and despair. By tapping into these emotions, art helps us connect with our own feelings and experiences, fostering empathy and understanding of what it means to be human.

Our first game, JAY LENO ADVENTURES, is out now! Play as Jay Leno! Explore over two levels!
